Taste- Wow, Optimum Nutrition really took the whey protein taste game to a new level with 100% whey gold standard. It literally tastes so good that i would mix it will my milk just for the taste even if it wasn’t a protein supplement. It’s like an adult version of NesQuik that wouldn’t embarrass you if your friends saw you mixing it with your milk. Our personal recommendation is to go with the plain chocolate flavor but we also had a few people who recommended the rocky road, chocolate mint, and the vanilla ice cream flavors.

Supplement Mixablility - When they say Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein is instantized for easy mixability they mean it. It doesn’t need a blender or shaker cup to make it completely smooth, all it takes is a few mixes using a normal spoon and the protein powder will completely mix with with the whatever beverage you’re mixing it with.

Effectiveness- After looking over the ingredient profile it’s hard to imagine that 100% whey protein wouldn’t be an effective supplement. After using optimum nutrition for 2 months every single one of our testers said it was one of if not the best whey protein supplement they had ever used and everyone who wasn’t already using it as their main protein is now. That pretty much says it all from an effectiveness standpoint.
